Plans for a nursing program at Benedictine College have been approved by both the Board of Directors and the faculty and professional courses in nursing could begin as early as the fall of 2010.

Business leaders from around the globe are once again gathering on the Benedictine College campus as the Global Financial Summit begins today.

The Raven School of Dance is wrapping up a successful year as the end of the semester approach­es. The dance program, run by BC’s own college dance students and located on campus, opened its doors at the start of the 2008 fall semester. Students taught Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip-Hop to local residents grades K-12.

In honor of Benedictine’s 150th anniversary celebration, this year’s seniors will receive Latinized diplomas at the gradua­tion ceremony on May 16.
